In this webinar, learn the tips and techniques that will give you more confidence and increase your engagement with others. Understand the role verbal and non-verbal communication plays in your professional presence and the signals that impact how others see you.

You’ll discover the two body language signals to avoid that could diminish your professional presence. You’ll have the know-how to increase your confidence and improve your communication.

• Understand the impact of positive and negative non-verbal communication
• Get three techniques to help decrease the conversation distractors known as the ums, ahs, and ers
