Description

Digitization is a great way to increase access to your collections and help preserve them over time, but projects need careful planning to ensure their success. Join Biz Gallo, Statewide Digitization Initiatives Coordinator at the Library of Michigan, for the second session in the Digitization Basics series. In this session, Planning Your Digitization Project, you will learn factors to consider when planning a digitization project, establish steps for a successful pilot project, and identify tools to help manage a digitization project.

Instructor: Biz Gallo, Statewide Digitization Initiatives Coordinator, Library of Michigan

This project is made possible by grant funds from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) administered by the State of Michigan through the Library of Michigan.
